Hatha is the traditional Indian yoga asana style, it is the Pacha Mama of all yoga types. In this Yoga style you will bring mindfulness deep down in your body by practicing one asana at the time and then repeating in on the other side, moving from your initial position and always coming back to it. It can be a very challenging type of workout depending on the time you will stay in each pose, keeping your body completely engaged and active and the breath regular.

In some occasions In Hatha Yoga it is possible to create a flow where you would practice many asanas together first on one side then the other. A gentle paste flow always coming back to your initial position, never jumping back and forward (like vinyasa style). This will make the workout kind of more slowpaste and there will be more time to spend staying in one position and letting the bdy actually feel and taste what that energetically means.
